Took the time to thoroughly understand the issues that I wanted to address. In my case back issues. Laid out a plan over 8 sessions to strengthen and stabilize the lower back with detailed explanations of the exercises. Tailored the PT to be able to continue with minimal equipment at home. Also shot video of exercises with comments that was very helpful at following up doing the exercises at home. Very good experience would highly recommend.

Hello, I am Brett Dick. My goal is to improve your health and quality of life while preventing the need for medication or surgery to manage your injuries. I want you to continue to enjoy doing the activities that you love, whether it is staying healthy in the gym, competing in your favorite sport, or going on your daily runs. I understand how difficult it can be to miss out on my favorite activities. I feel lost when I am not able to get into the gym, it is my distraction from everything else going on in the world.

I grew up and currently live in Big Flats, NY with my wife and two dogs. While I enjoyed living in Buffalo, I moved back to the Elmira area to spend more time with my family. In my free time when I am not in the gym I may be kayaking, hiking, or just hanging out with my family and friends. I am a huge Buffalo Bills fan and go to the games as much as I can. I also love comic books and superhero movies, especially anything Batman or DC comics related.
