Online Programming
We work with you to determine your goals, equipment availability, and current level of training so we can personalize our programs as much as possible. The most important aspect is determining what YOUR goals are and developing the program around them to achieve success.
We regularly check in with each client to make sure that training is going well and to make adjustments as needed. Need a form check on an exercise? Video your sets and send them directly to us for feedback.
Don't live local to the Corning or Elmira area? This is a perfect way to remotely work with someone that will help you achieve your goals. If you are local and are interested in working together in person, we do that as well!

In Person Training Sessions
Are you local to the area and want to work one-on-one with us? This allows us to go into more depth with form evaluation and corrections, as well as giving more real time feedback. If you are the type of person that thrives with the personal guidance from someone when you exercise, then this is the perfect option for you.
Sessions can be scheduled on their own or in addition to an online training subscription. We can go through one of your training sessions or just go through a few movements that you think you could use some help with. The sessions are designed around you and what your specific goals are!

Group Training
Do your child have friends that they would like to workout with and improve their performance in whatever sport they play? Sessions are focused on improving weaknesses in areas that may leave them more susceptible to injuries while also making them a better athlete. We work with groups that have a common goal of improving their performance, getting better at their sport, and mitigate risk involved with being an athlete.
