What We Offer
Frustrated with not being able to workout, run, or play your sport because of pain or injury? We can find the root cause of your injury and prevent it from happening again. It is great to get rid of pain, but it is important to find out why the problem happened in the first place and address it. We want to get you back to the activities that you love without surgery or medication!
Movement Improvement Sessions
Want to get bigger, stronger, and faster? Changes in movements can reduce your ability to perform at your best in your sport or activity and possibly lead to injuries down the road. Movements we can look at include squatting, lunging, walking, running, pressing, pulling, and many more. This can be a one time session or a "tune-up" as often as you would like.
Coaching & Training
Want someone to help guide you through a customized fitness program? We will talk about what your goals are, what types of exercises you do or do not like, and what equipment you have available to you. This can be done 100% online or as a hybrid with virtual support and in person sessions to ensure that your movement patterns are optimal. We want to help you get stronger and more mobile with comprehensive exercise programs that are enjoyable and you can stick with for the long term.
Soft Tissue Body Work
Muscles feel tight or sore after a workout or a run? We offer short soft tissue body work sessions to help relieve some aches and pains from activity. We are certified to perform tool assisted techniques (specifically RockTape) to reduce muscle tension and will not leave you bruised. These sessions are not a standalone treatment for people who have an injury, but for those who may need to provide some care to their muscles and stay mobile.
Workshops and Seminars
I will set up workshops and seminars at any location with active people like gyms, country clubs, yoga studios, etc. If you are interested in having me host a workshop at your place of business, then let me know and I will be happy to set something up. These workshops are typically about 1 hour and include exercises and techniques for preventing and managing injuries or improving limitations. I always stick around and answer any questions at the end!
